Job Description

Our client in Grapevine, TX is growing! They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Analyst to support field service operations through supplier coordination, work order dispatching, and data-driven reporting. This role analyzes trends, monitors KPIs, and provides insights that support business decisions while delivering excellent customer service to internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Requirements:

Experience supporting operations, dispatching, reporting, or data analysis functions is beneficial
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Clear and effective oral and written communication
Active listening skills and the ability to interpret information accurately
Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly to a variety of audiences
Professional telephone and virtual communication skills

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
