Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist in Dallas, TX to manage project-related financial transactions and ensure accurate, timely invoicing in compliance with contract terms. This role partners closely with project managers and accounting/finance teams to track project costs, revenue, billing schedules, and change orders while preparing draft and final invoices across lump sum, specified rate, and cost-plus projects. Responsibilities include reviewing client and subconsultant contracts, resolving billing and payment discrepancies, maintaining organized billing records, assisting with subconsultant invoice validation, and providing project reports as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable supporting revenue and cost analysis as well as audit activities.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 annually
