Job description/Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our
fast-paced quick service restaurant and retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess
strong leadership skills and food management, ensuring that our kitchen
runs smoothly while delivering exceptional hospitality to our customers. This role
requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing kitchen and retail operations, and
maintaining high standards of service.
Duties
 Supervise daily operations for retail and restaurant area, ensuring adherence to food safety
and quality standards.
 Lead and motivate retail and kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment that
encourages teamwork and productivity.
 Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock
levels to minimize waste.
 Train new employees on retail and kitchen procedures, customer service protocols, and the
use of POS system.
 Manage scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
while optimizing labor costs.
 Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly to
enhance the dining experience.
 Implement marketing strategies to promote coffee offerings and other menu
items effectively.
 Collaborate with upper management to develop operational goals and strategies
for growth and maintain accurate accounts payable management.
