Responsibilities:

• Passionately prospect for new customers with life and disability insurance protection needs.
• Cross sell life and disability insurance products to agencies existing customers.
• Conduct customer needs analysis to identify the amount and type of insurance protection needed to meet their individual needs
• Consistently meet monthly sales objectives.

Qualifications:

• MUST possess an active WV Life & Health Insurance License in good standing. 
• High level of self motivation and drive.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as individually to meet agency production goals.
