District Manager | Multi Unit Restaurant Leader

We're seeking an experienced District Manager.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple Wendy's restaurant locations through General Managers
• Develop and coach restaurant leadership teams
• Drive sales growth, food quality, labor, and profitability
• Ensure operational consistency and brand standards
• Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders
• Analyze business results and execute action plans
• Maintain outstanding guest experience and team engagement

We're Looking For

• Previous District Manager, Area Supervisor, Area Director, or Multi Unit Manager experience
• Current or previous Wendy's experience is strongly preferred
• Experience leading multiple quick service restaurant locations
• Strong financial and operational knowledge
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
• Stable work history with demonstrated career growth
