We're looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative who understands that every phone call is an opportunity to create an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule plumbing and HVAC service appointments
• Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Communicate with customers regarding technician arrival times
• Resolve customer concerns while delivering a five-star experience
• Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan
• Coordinate with service technicians and office staff
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate community outreach events

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience (home services is required)
• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent
