Service Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Position Summary: The service dispatcher will be responsible for the entirety of the service department including but not limited to managing the daily functions of the field techs and office staff. This position will be responsible for efficiently dispatching technicians, answering phone calls, emails, and text messages on office phone, handling any issues that arise that do not need to be escalated to the office manager. This position will be responsible for ensuring payment is received for all jobs performed, satisfied customers, and collecting reviews for work completed.

Responsibilities:

·       Organizing all jobs for the day for efficient technician dispatching

·       Coordinating with technicians to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely matter and that any parts needed to complete a job are ordered

·       Managing the customer service representatives to ensure that all customers and jobs are completed with 100% satisfaction

·        Supervises and directs HVAC technicians to ensure that the right technician is on the job and that the job is completed or that parts are ordered in a timely manner

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma/ GED equivalent

·       Valid driver’s license

·       Experience supervising a team of people

·       Excellent communication and people management skills

·       Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

·       Proficient computer skills and outstanding phone etiquette

·       Resourcefulness to stay motivated and on task throughout the day
