EEC License Full-Time Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Center Director to support and help grow our program. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about working with children.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid work ethic, capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and collaborative team atmosphere. You should be comfortable working under pressure, highly organized, and skilled at building strong relationships with both staff and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing staff and leading a team
• Background in childcare program administration
• Strong knowledge of EEC laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills with parents, staff, and stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• A passion for early childhood education and program development

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $65,000.00 – $71,500.00 per year
• Work Location: In person
