About the Role:
Villages Regenerative Medicine LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Seminar Coordinator to join our growing team in The Villages, FL. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in connecting our community with life-changing regenerative medicine treatments through engaging, well-executed seminars and events. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute patient education seminars and community outreach events
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, materials preparation, and attendee registration
- Communicate with prospective patients before and after seminars to answer questions and schedule follow-up consultations
- Track seminar attendance, leads, and conversion metrics to report on event performance
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and event timelines
- Maintain a welcoming, professional environment that reflects the clinic's brand and values
Requirements:
- Prior experience in event coordination, healthcare administration, or patient relations preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Passion for health, wellness, and regenerative medicine is a plus
