  • Collaborate with HFW Facilitators, Family Specialists, and clinical teams to support care planning
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with program requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience as a parent or caregiver of a child with complex emotional, behavioral, or system involvement experience strongly preferred
  • Strong engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential
  • Ability to connect authentically with families in a supportive, nonjudgmental manner
  • Experience working with children, youth, and families in community, peer support, or human services settings preferred
  • Understanding of family-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Current & Valid CA Driver's License Required
  • Bilingual abilities strongly preferred

Compensation

  • $23–$26 per hour, based on education, experience, and language abilities

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for advancement
  • Flexible work environment
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development and training opportunities in peer support and Wraparound practice
  • Supportive, team-based culture focused on collaboration and growth
  • Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on children, youth, and families every day
