If you are empathetic, organized, and love helping people—especially seniors—make confident decisions about their healthcare coverage, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Sales Support

  • Client Consultations: Work with clients (in-person, via phone, or Zoom) to evaluate their healthcare needs, explain coverage options, and guide them toward appropriate Medicare and health insurance plans.

  • Enrollment Processing: Accurately complete and submit policy applications through carrier portals while ensuring full compliance with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.

  • Client Advocacy: Assist clients with plan questions, coverage updates, and claims inquiries.

Office Administration & Client Operations

  • Front Desk & Communication: Answer incoming calls, answer basic plan questions, and warmly greet clients visiting the office.

  • Scheduling: Manage office calendars to book, confirm, and prepare for client appointments.

  • Record Management: Maintain digital and physical client records, ensuring all data complies with HIPAA privacy regulations.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, document preparation, and general administrative task workflows.

  • Licensing: Active Health Insurance License

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an insurance agency, medical office, or customer service role preferred.

  • Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Medicare (Parts A, B, C, & D) and individual health insurance plans is a strong plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening and empathy for older adults.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating client management systems (CRM), carrier enrollment portals, and standard office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).

  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in data entry and paperwork processing.
