What You'll Do
As a Case Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files
- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps
- Gather and organize supporting documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties
- Assist attorneys with case development and preparation
- Ensure files progress efficiently and timely
- Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate case documentation within CRM system
Qualifications
- 2+ years Personal Injury Case Management experience required
- Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and medical treatment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with follow through
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Bilingual abilities highly valued but not required
