The Asphalt Luteman plays a crucial role in the preparation and application of asphalt surfaces. The Asphalt Luteman is responsible for spreading, leveling, and smoothing hot asphalt on driveways, roadways and parking lots.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for asphalt installation
• Handle materials efficiently and safely
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow site safety protocols
• Perform cleanup and site maintenance after project completion
• Collaborate with contractor crew members to complete tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in construction or asphalt paving
