Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

Our growing Allstate agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. If you are energetic, driven, and passionate about helping customers protect what matters most, we would love to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate and close insurance sales opportunities
• Educate customers on Allstate insurance products including auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Handle inbound leads and outbound prospecting
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish preferred)
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
