Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail store clerks
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Place inventory orders from supplier
• Complete daily paperwork and make deposits
• Maintain reports for proper inventory accuracy
• Work register and maintain customer service with customers
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

• Previous management experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Discount Tobacco Outlets is a locally owned chain of cigarette and tobacco stores in central and south Alabama. FinnWay Express is a locally owned chain of convenience stores in southeast Alabama.
