Circle of Trust Counseling is seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the BCBA Director and lead the development and growth of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This leadership role offers the opportunity to build a high-quality ABA department from the ground up while providing clinical oversight, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

The BCBA Director will oversee all clinical aspects of the ABA program, including assessments, treatment planning, staff supervision, quality assurance, and compliance with Kentucky Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing programs, mentoring staff, and creating meaningful change for children and families.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee Circle of Trust's ABA program.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behavioral evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Complete required BCBA supervision documentation.
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
  • Ensure services comply with BACB Ethics Code and Kentucky Medicaid requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, schools, and families.
  • Train new staff and provide ongoing clinical education.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Assist with program growth, recruitment, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in credentialing, policy development, and operational planning as the ABA department expands.

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Kentucky licensure (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Experience supervising RBTs.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Kentucky Medicaid documentation and billing requirements preferred.
