Inside Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential partners and expanding the client base
• Serve as a main point of contact for partner inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed
• Deliver virtual onboarding sessions to introduce partners to company products and processes
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business
• Coordinate with outside sales representatives by scheduling meetings and sharing qualified leads
• Keep current on company offerings, lending programs, and industry updates
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience from onboarding through ongoing support
• Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and contribute to overall sales growth
• Represent the company in a professional manner to promote brand awareness

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales or account management experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and inbound customer support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn products, processes, and industry knowledge

Job details:

• Full time: M-F
• Pay: 40k plus commission
