Store Manager

ALittle Tea is currently seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our store.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of restaurant workers
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Order and control store inventory
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

​Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of manager experience in Coffee Shop or Milk Tea Stores
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding customers
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Strong coaching qualities

ALittle Tea is a power house in serving top-quality Boba and Milk Tea with 3000+ store world-wide.
We currently have 4 stores in the Los Angeles and are actively expanding.
