Warehouse Associate- First Shift

Overview

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or material handling operations. Working knowledge of packing, loading, shipping, and receiving processes.

Shift

Monday through Friday, 7 am-3 pm

Duties

• Prepare, pack, label, and process domestic and international shipments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Receive incoming materials, inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition, and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Load and unload freight using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Safely move materials throughout the warehouse while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Support hazardous material and air freight shipping activities in compliance with International Air Transportation (IATA) and DOT certifications.
• Verify the accuracy of shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing lists, and inventory records.
• Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and ensure materials are properly identified and stored.
• Utilize SAP and other systems to process transactions, manage inventory, and track shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and logistics partners to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
