Accounts Receivable Specialist

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Following up customer applications and approvals with lenders and finance companies
• Ensuring timely payments on new lending submissions (typically received within 10 days of submission)
• Applying installment plan payments
• Recording financed unit returns
• Frequent communications with lenders and financing company
• Ensuring timely payments from retail customers and applying payments
• Process customer credits and rebates
• Maintaining and issuing customer statements
• Checking vehicle registrations
• Frequent communications with retail customers
• Credit and Collections
• Perform various duties as assigned

Education & Work Experience:

• Minimum High School Graduate or equivalent
• College degree preferred but not required
• Basic accounting courses preferred
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Computer experience in A/R and ERP Software
