Canvasser - Roofing Lead Generator (Entry Level)

Pay: $15/hour + performance bonuses
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00/8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation

• $15/hour
• $10 per qualified lead scheduled
• $25 per appointment that sits
• Team bonus: 0.5% of total revenue from sold jobs (split across canvassers)

Duties

• Engage with homeowners and business owners through door-to-door canvassing to promote roofing services and identify potential leads
• Communicate clearly and confidently about the benefits of roofing solutions, answering questions with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build rapport with prospects by listening actively and understanding their needs
• Collect accurate contact information and schedule follow-up appointments for sales teams
• Utilize marketing materials effectively to educate prospects about roofing options
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads generated, and follow-up actions in company databases
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily lead generation goals and improve outreach strategies

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader range of clients
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, telemarketing, fundraising, or customer service is advantageous but not required—training will be provided
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate politely and confidently while maintaining professionalism
• Supervising experience or leadership qualities are beneficial for future growth opportunities
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
• Reliable transportation or access to transportation options is preferred
