About the Role:
Great Heroes Home Healthcare Agency is looking for a compassionate and skilled RN to join our dedicated home healthcare team in Miami, FL. Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency home health regulations
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Florida (required)
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, home health experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing procedures, wound care, and medication management
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills
- Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a field setting
