Production Operator

Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5pm - 1:30am, Monday through Friday
Must be able to Train on 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Train on first shift to learn various manufacturing processes
• Load and unload lightweight automotive parts with precision
• Inspect parts, reset alarms, and perform minor paper and computer work for counts
• Operate multiple machines in a steady to fast-paced environment
• Support different areas as needed 

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to multitask effectively and handle repetitive tasks
• Willingness to undergo training in multiple areas
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
