Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Has issues with personal hygiene and moving around. She has mobility issues walks very slow has had a lot if falls. We believe she is having memory issues and needs help with her meds. My Dad is doing it all now and she is still trying to do for herself but can't About the care needs: Someone with a lot of patience. Gentle and very caring but with the ability to get her to do her physical therapy at home and keep her on a schedule Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
