Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I have a 2 1/2-year-old and a newborn, so I need to make sure that somebodys comfortable facilitating two children. My 2 1/2-year-old son is speech delayed so sometimes he has problems communicating exactly what he needs, so I need somebody who is patient and willing to learn and help communicate with him as we do as parents. We are very active, so we like to make sure that we keep our children active as well, we love to read, we love to play with balls and trucks, all the little boy activities.
