Seeking a reliable and flexible nanny to watch my 5-month-old(soon to be 6 month) old daughter. I am a collegiate coach and my schedule can vary. Needing someone with flexibility and willingness to work some weekends. You would know the schedule in advance. Preferably someone with extensive experience with babies. Needs to be a great communicator, engaging, trustworthy, able to follow a specific schedule and instructions when it comes to feedings/nap schedules.
