Maintenance Tech

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with team members addressing unscheduled breakdowns
Implement planned maintenance
Perform trouble shooting
Work with production and quality to produce product within set specifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing operations
Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills
Understanding of cause and effect of all operations
Knowledge of product specifications
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to work in both a hot humid environment as well as a cold wet conditions for up to 12 hours at a time
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on an a frequent basis, including lifting at shoulder level or above
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs on an infrequent basis
Must be able to climb 100 ft grain elevators on a frequent basis without rest

$17 + an hour DOE.
