Penmac Staffing is seeking a dependable Stockroom Kitter to support production operations for a manufacturing client.

This role is responsible for pulling materials from inventory, creating production kits, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are available when needed.

Pay: $18.68/hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, possible OT on Fridays

Requirements

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong counting and inventory skills
Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Commitment to following all safety policies and procedures
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting
Ability to stand and move throughout the facility during the shift
Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
Ability to work safely in a warehouse and production environment

Responsibilities

Use pick tickets to pull raw materials and MRO materials from the stockroom
Build and prepare boat kits for production lines
Supply materials for production, yard, and parts orders
Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes
Monitor and report inventory discrepancies using cycle counts, backorder sheets, transfer sheets, and scamper sheets
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
