Welder/Helper -  FIRST SHIFT

Full Time (1ST SHIFT: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM)

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Work M-F with some OT and weekends when needed
• Work in outdoor weather conditions

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Welder/Helper to support our fabrication and shop operations. In this dynamic role, you will follow your supervisor's instructions and float between departments to keep production on track.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily fabrication, welding, and shop duties as assigned.
• Float between departments to maintain smooth production flow.
• Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, dress codes, and attendance policies.

What You Bring:

• Experience in Flux Core welding (2 1⁄2" welding experience preferred; own tools a plus).
• Ability to follow clear written and verbal instructions.
• Experience operating an overhead crane.
• High concentration for detailed/repetitive tasks and good manual dexterity.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

• Ability to work outdoors and in a noisy manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
