Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret shop drawings, produce accurate, high-quality components, and work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications.
Set up and operate manufacturing equipment to produce accurate parts that meet quality standards.
Verify dimensions and inspect finished components for accuracy.
Maintain a safe and efficient work pace while meeting production expectations.
Follow all company safety policies and operate equipment safely and responsibly.
Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with leads and team members.
Adapt to changing production schedules, priorities, and job assignments.
Maintain good housekeeping by keeping the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Handle materials, tools, and equipment properly to prevent damage and ensure safe operation.

Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work with minimal errors.
Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.

Preferred Experience:
Experience operating any of the following equipment is a plus. Candidates who do not have experience with these machines must be willing to learn.
