Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift ($24/hr)

LaborMAX Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a 2nd Shift position!

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined individual to assist with preventive maintenance on conveyor systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance on conveyor systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform mechanical repairs as needed.
• Help minimize equipment downtime by identifying maintenance issues early.
• Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical experience required.
• Experience with conveyor systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
