CNA/HHa

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients in a home care setting or healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming
• Help with dressing and personal care routines
• Support with mobility and transfers (bed, wheelchair, bathroom)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Assist with medication reminders (as permitted)
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care and services provided accurately
• Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
