* Experience on commercial properties
* Plumbing...ie, :
* Drain line snaking
* Replacing commercial toilets, Urinals, Sloan valves
* Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
* Finish Carpentry:
* Drywall installation, repair - Smooth wall
* Trim and millwork
* Carpentry
* Hardware repairs and replacement
* Setting and installing doors
* Flooring
* Ceramic tile and grouting
* VCT tile replacement
* General building maintenance
* Basic repairs to the interior of commercial, retail and restaurant buildings
