Apartment Porter Needed – Terre Haute, IN
Full-Time: Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM

Up to $17/Hour

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Apartment Porter for a full-time opportunity in Terre Haute, IN. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in keeping a property clean and presentable.

Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning breezeways, common areas, and grounds
• Picking up trash and maintaining curb appeal
• Assisting with trash outs and vacant unit prep
• Light janitorial duties
• Supporting the maintenance team with general property tasks

Qualifications:

• Porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or general labor experience preferred
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking the property throughout the day

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay:

• Up to $16/hour DOE
