Chemical Compounder

The Chemical Compounder plays a vital role in mixing and preparing chemical compounds within a small team environment. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role involves strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while handling hazardous materials during standard working hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise chemical mixing and formulation
• Conduct quality testing to ensure product standards
• Maintain strict safety compliance when handling hazardous materials
• Manage inventory of chemicals and supplies
• Document processes and maintain accurate records
• Monitor production processes for consistency and safety
• Handle materials safely and efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in chemical compounding

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of chemical formulation and laboratory techniques
• Experience with safety compliance and quality control
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team
• Proficient in material handling
