Job Description

Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Supports residents' behavioral and emotional needs.
Implement individualized care plans.
Documents all services provided to residents.
Monitor vital signs
Assist with mobility and hygiene.
Report on health changes
Support care plan implementation
· Assists residents with personal care and hygiene needs.
· Provides reminders for medication administration.
· Supports residents in maintaining daily routines.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation
