CNA/Caregiver

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Medication reminders and checking vital signs
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and proper infection control procedures
• Observe and document client conditions, behaviors, and progress to inform care plans and communicate with healthcare teams
• Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or lifting techniques to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental well-being, especially for those with dementia or Alzheimer’s
