Home Health Aide

Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver – Part-Time ($16.00/hour)

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Approximately 25 hours per week
• Monday–Friday: Start time of 8:30 AM
• Saturday: Start time of 9:00 AM
• Please note: While the scheduled start times remain consistent, the daily end time and total hours may vary depending on the client's doctor appointments, physical therapy, and other medical needs. Additional hours may become available beginning in August, based on the client's care needs.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and reliable Home Health Aide to provide non-medical, in-home care to one of our clients. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting, dishes, laundry, etc.)
• Preparing simple meals and light cooking
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities as needed
• Medication reminders (no medication administration)
• Running small household tasks related to the client's care
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Reporting any changes in the client's condition to the office

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Previous caregiving or home health experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow a care plan.
