Job Description
Clean, deodorize, repair and document personal and business property damaged by disasters like fire and water. Carefully photograph, inventory, and label damaged contents. Technician will inspect, sort, clean, iron, steam and provide all services required regarding contents.
- Prior experience in disaster restoration, pack-outs, or professional cleaning is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately log items using digital or paper inventory systems

- Note, photo and document according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies
- Keep workplace clean and organized at all times
