Job Description
POD Maintenance Technician
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177 (Alliance Area)
Schedule:
- Weekend Night Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00PM-7:00AM
**MUST BE ABLE TO DO ONSITE TRAINING DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS OF 7AM-3:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY FIRST**
Pay:
- $22-$25/hr: Depending on Experience + Shift Differential
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Assist with equipment installations and startup activities.
- Analyze equipment failures and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.
- Coordinate equipment availability to support production schedules.
- Manage inventory of maintenance parts and materials.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience maintaining or operating production/test equipment.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods during 12-hour shifts.
