What You’ll Do
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Help patients improve their ability to safely perform activities of daily living and regain functional independence
- Assess home safety, recommend adaptive equipment, and provide caregiver education
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation while maintaining Medicare and agency standards
Qualifications
- Current Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with WellSky or another home health EMR is a plus
