Job Description\nCompany Description
- Repair and/or replace machine parts daily while maintaining proper fluids and cleanliness of machinery
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge
- Repair of CNC controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies
- Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair problems
- Possess the ability to change spindles, electronic boards, and all phases of maintenance
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
- Preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance
- Basic maintenance tasks throughout the facility
- Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- Associate degree preferred (Electrical/Mechanical)
- 3 years minimum CNC machine maintenance required
- CNC, PLC and servo drive experience preferred
