Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with nurses and the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of STNA experience
• Active Ohio STNA License
• Current BLS Certification
• Current 2-Step TB
