A great company in Florence, KY needs someone with Building Maintenance experience to join their team. This is temp-to-hire, Mon-Fri 7:00a-3:30p Mon-Fri.
Working within the maintenance team, you will be mostly responsible for light repairs -- replacing light bulbs, fixing broken soap and paper dispensers, checking the water coolers for proper operation across the factory, some wallboard repairs, fixing railings. Pay is targeted at $20/hr.
Responsibilties
- Work within maintenance team to address light building maintenance items.
- Use of hand tools and comfort with hammer drill, drill, and sawzall
- No Electrical, or Major Plumbing Repairs -- those are outsourced
- Get in on the ground floor to build your skills and career!
Experience
- Previous experience with hand tools and repairs would be ideal
- Ability to be on your feet a significant part of the day and be a self-starter....identifying issues before they become an eyesore is important
