Reach Truck / Stand-Up Forklift / Order Picker Operator

Candidates must have recent, hands-on experience operating ALL THREE of the following:

• Electric Reach Truck
• Electric Stand-Up Counterbalance Forklift
• Electric Order Picker

Experience on only one or two of these machines is not enough. Applicants must be comfortable operating all three in a fast-paced warehouse.

Important Location Requirement: This position begins in Coppell, TX. Candidates must be willing and able to transfer to a warehouse in the North Fort Worth area within the next several months.

Pay and Schedule

Pay: Starting at $18.50/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Current Location: Coppell, TX
Future Location 2027: North Fort Worth area
Start Date: ASAP

Required Qualifications

• Recent experience operating all three required forklift types
• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience in each of these:
• • Electric Reach Truck
  • Electric Stand-Up Counterbalance Forklift
  • Electric Order Picker
• Experience with RF scanners or a WMS
• Shipping, receiving, inventory, or order-fulfillment experience
• Understanding of inventory control and cycle counting
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Willingness to transfer to the North Fort Worth warehouse when required
• High school diploma or GED

What You’ll Do

• Operate reach trucks, stand-up counterbalance forklifts, and order pickers throughout the shift
• Receive, inspect, move, stock, and store products
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Complete inventory transactions and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and shipment records
• Handle customer-owned and serialized electronic equipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, LTL freight, and Bills of Lading
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Current forklift certification is preferred but not required.
