Job Description
Tailored Home Care Services is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs and HHAs to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults throughout the Jacksonville area.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Document daily care and report changes in client condition
Requirements
- Current Florida CNA license in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing OR a minimum 40-hour Home Health Aide certificate
- Must pass a Florida Level 2 Background Screening
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
