Caregivers & Home Health Aides (HHAs)

• Compensation: $21.00 – $22.00 / hour (Premium local rate)
• Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Day, Night, and Weekend shifts available.

What You’ll Do:

• Daily Living Support: Assist clients with everyday tasks like meal preparation, light housekeeping (laundry, dishes), and running essential errands.
• Personal Care with Dignity: Provide compassionate assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Companionship: Be a bright spot in their day! Engage in conversations, play games, read, and keep your clients socially active.
• Health Monitoring: Remind clients to take their medications and keep simple daily logs of their well-being to share with their families.

What We’re Looking For:

• A deeply empathetic, patient, and reliable personality. You take pride in showing up on time.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance (required to travel to client homes).
• Previous caregiving experience (family care counts!) or a CNA/HHA certification is highly preferred, but we will train individuals with the right heart.
• Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
