About the Role:
London Lodge Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Cambridge, WI. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support residents during mealtimes, assisting with feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
Requirements:
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin
- Previous experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living facility preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and assisting with resident transfers
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
