Machine Operator

The Machine Operator plays a crucial role within a small team, overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Maintenance Lead, this position requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to interpret blueprints to maintain high-quality output during regular day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery according to specifications and blueprints
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
• Adhere to and enforce safety compliance procedures
• Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints related to machine operation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in machine operation

• Strong skills in machine operation and troubleshooting
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a small team
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints
