Job Description

D & D HEALING HANDS HOMECARE is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who will provide essential patient care within a home health care setting. This role requires compassionate support and hands-on assistance to patients in their residences, ensuring comfort and safety while promoting independence.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and assistance in home health care environments
Monitor patient health and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients
Support patients with medication reminders and basic treatment procedures as directed

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing assistance
